Coaching
Whether you choose to engage in a short-term or long-term relationship, we apply a three-step approach to coaching, which results in your being able to leverage yourself and your skills more effectively. Phase 1 is about gathering information through creating the relationship, using tools to gain insight into developmental goals, and helping to set expectations. Phase 2 is action-oriented, providing feedback, actively coaching, building skills, creating plans, and implementing coaching tools such as videos and diagnostics. Phase 3 sets the stage for ongoing development, measuring results, following up, and sustaining the process.

Team Facilitation
Our facilitation approach is to keep your team focused on the business. We actively leverage the Center for Creative Leadership's research on lessons learned from various on-the-job assignments and help your organization set up a process to maximize what people learn and how they can use that knowledge to optimize their development.

We integrate three key components in our approach to team facilitation projects:
· Strategic component: helping the team define their strategies and objectives together
· Tactical component: facilitating the team process of putting short-term actions into the context of long-term strategy
· Practical component: providing team members with tools and techniques to improve their ongoing work together, including planning, building consensus, problem solving and decision making, and negotiating

Simulations
LearnTech's behavioral simulations set the stage for integrative experiential learning. We develop case studies and short simulations, and customizes existing products to meet your specific training needs. At the end of each simulation, intensive debriefing sessions focus on actions takes, decisions made, strategies set, and efforts to cope with ambiguity and uncertainty. People receive personal feedback on their skills as strategic leaders, team builders, cross-functional partners, and influencers. As experienced facilitators, we help managers apply lessons learned from the simulation to issues they face back on the job-once again, translating personal insight into effective action.
